Community Corner

Rally Day This Sunday

The Garden City Community Church would like to invite everyone to its Rally Day this Sunday, September 15th. The event marks the start of the Church School year, with the theme of "Come and See What God is Doing." After the service, the picnic will take place with games and good food.

"Rally Day is always an exciting day because we get to greet all the people we have been preparing for. The church has been cleaned from the floors to the chandeliers. Over the summer we have had several new families visit. Taking the popular song from Vacation Bible School, 'God Welcomes Everyone.'  We hope our hospitality generates the excitement and energy we are feeling," the Reverend Lynn Sullivan remarked.
