Halloween for pet owners means getting creative. Some even dressed their dog up as the wrecking ball from the Miley Cyrus music video.
What costume is your pooch wearing this Halloween? We asked readers on Facebook. Here's what they said:
"I have a beagle-hound mix and he's going to be Dracula!" said Mely Belle on Malverne-Lynbrook's Facebook.
"Charlie Brown, our mini golden doodle, is a Christmas elf," said John Coyle.
"I have two black cats.... They're going to be black cats... lol," wrote Tony Angelo on Long Beach's Facebook.
"Cujo," wrote Reshh Singh.
Some aren't up for dressing up their pets.
Dora Heller said, "I despised putting costumes on any animal leave them alone."
