Hot Skates Roller Rink in Lynbrook has joined in the relief efforts for Hurricane Sandy victims.
To encourage people to help those living in Long Island's most devastated communities, Hot Skates is rewarding everyone who donates food, clothing and supplies to its collection drive with a free skating session.
Bring non-perishable food, new and gently-used clothing, unopened toys and toiletries to the roller rink located at 14 Merrick Rd. in Lynbrook from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, and enjoy a complimentary free skate.
