Fundraiser will be held March 8 at the Coral House in Baldwin.

"Christopher's Crew" is at it again.

Lynbrook 8-year-old Christopher Ambrosio was born with hemophilia, a severe genetic blood disorder.

The West End Elementary student, with the help of his family and team, has been involved with the annual "Walk Along The River" in New York City's Riverside Park for the past seven years.

The walk was started by a family in the city whose son also suffers from severe hemophilia. Ambrosio has his own team for the event -- Christopher's Crew -- which has done quite a bit of fundraising over the last two years.

According to Christopher's parents, Kelly and Danny, Christopher’s Crew was the No. 1 fundraising team nationwide in 2011 and again in 2012.
