Snapping photos while standing behind a velvet rope bordering a red carpet, families looked more like paparazzi at Malverne High School's pre-prom celebration.
The school gave its seniors a star-quality send-off as they headed to prom on June 2. The couples, looking radiant in their formal attire, stepped out of limousines and strutted gracefully down the carpet. They posed for pictures for their adoring friends and family before finally sauntering off to the prom.
