A “person of interest” strolled right past Nassau County Police headquarters Tuesday without getting arrested.

NCPD posted a picture on their Facebook page of Jim Caviezel, star of hit CBS show, Person of Interest, as he walked near NCPD headquarters Tuesday.

The actor, known for his role in the show and versatile acting in films like The Passion of the Christ and The Count of Monte Cristo, filmed scenes involving theatrical gunfire, reported Newsday. One scene was filmed outside involving "passengers in a vehicle traveling on Franklin Avenue near 15th Street 'fired' on a group of people walking toward the Theodore Roosevelt Executive Office building," said the report. A second scene was filmed inside and another in the back parking lot where "actors portrayed a scene that included firing at a moving vehicle," said the report.

Premise, weekly plots, ongoing personality development, great actors all make 'Person of Interest' the best show on TV for me. The fact that Jim Caviezel stars is icing on the cake!!

The phrase "Person of Interest" is really just a euphemism for labeling someone a suspect when there isn’t sufficient to evidence to back it up. I think American tv watchers need to reevaluate their patriotism if they continue to support such attacks against American freedom.

Serious it is just a TV show drama. Not real life

Great show...but I hope the actors did not have more than (7) "blank" rounds in their prop guns, or Cuomo will ban the show from future filming in NY.

Does anyone know what was being filmed in Bellmore village? I have looked everywhere and I can't find out what it was. I'm just curious cause ever since high school I have always been interested in behind the scenes TV. I would have stayed and watched but it was way to cold. If anyone has any info I would appreciate it if you would share it with me. Thanks
