As the saying goes, "One man's trash is another one's treasure," and that was the theme of the large yard sale at the Joseph L. Landers Memorial Restoration in Malverne on Saturday.
Locals hawked clothes, collectibles, jewelry and some very unique goods throughout the day to the shoppers that browsed through the Malverne Historical Society's backyard.
