Prayer-a-Cise

Located in  the Parish Center of St. Thomas the Apostle, this women's Prayer-a-Cise class meets most Thursday evenings at 7 PM.  Prayer-a-Cise promotes a  holistic approach to the benefits to better health through  music, dance and prayer.
