Jan. 10: State of the Village Speech, Results of Boys and Girls Basketball

1 — Lynbrook residents can expect a seasonably cool day on Monday, with temperatures expected to reach a high of 33 degrees and dropping to about 23 degrees at night. It could be a bit windy at times, with gusts up to 30 mph possible.

3 — In case you missed the story this weekend, early Saturday morning. The popular breakfast spot is located on Sunrise Highway, very close to the Valley Stream-Lynbrook border.

4 — The Lynbrook village board meets tonight at 8 p.m. at Village Hall. This is the first meeting of 2011, and the first with Bill Hendrick as mayor. Hendrick will make his State of the Village speech during the meeting.
