'Trooper' T.V. Series Films in West Hempstead [Photos]
New CBS crime drama shoots scene in parking lot of National Wholesale Liquidators Friday.
The parking lot of in West Hempstead was transformed into a T.V. set Friday afternoon.
The place was abuzz with actors, trailers, food trucks and filming equipment on March 16 as Jerry Bruckheimer’s latest CBS crime-drama project, "Trooper," shot some scenes at the location as well as on Willets Avenue near Morton Avenue in West Hempstead later that evening.
The T.V. series stars Academy Award-winning actress Mira Sorvino as a “common-sense mother-turned-New York state trooper," according to the Hollywood Reporter.

reported earlier today that Bruckheimer’s Bonanza Productions will be using a vacant Seaford elementary school as a staging area next week when it films a scene on the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway (Route 135).
