Courtesy Continues Final Check Out
Demolition continues on the infamous hotel building in West Hempstead.
It's been over a week since the first demolition vehicles tore into the building, while a large crowd of West Hempstead residents cheered the establishment's demise. ( if you missed the video report of that monumental day.)
Since then, the hotel has gradually started to fade away as construction workers continue to pull apart the building. Earlier last week a large portion of the right side of the building had been obliterated and by Thursday, the top floor, which had bore the name "Courtesy Hotel" on its side had been wiped out.
The total demolition is expected to take up to two weeks so pretty soon the Courtesy Hotel will have complete checked out of West Hempstead.
