The two vacancies are located next door to Alfredo's Dry Cleaners and Mr. Beery's bar, and across the street from Carvel Ice Cream.

The entire strip center features eight retail stores and four offices. It has a total of 17,000 square feet and was built in 1928. The strip was listed for $3,500,000 in 2008, according to property records at LoopNet.
