How about an Italian bakery along the lines of Cardinale's in Syosset? We have Pearl's, The Bakery, Fairway and both Shoprites, but no authentic purveyor of Italian baked goodies. And if space allows, an outdoor seating area would be great, too!

Steak, chicken and ribs restaurant, have enough fast food places in Plainview. A nice sit down dairy restaurant would probably do well too.
