Vacant Lynbrook Store - What Should Open Here?

What type of business should move into this empty commercial property on Atlantic Avenue?

No one likes to see a prime piece of commercial property in their neighborhood sit vacant.

Not only is the sight visually unappealing, but it means there's less tax revenue being generated, shifting more of the burden onto residents.

There are a number of vacant commercial properties around Lynbrook, including one right in the heart of the village's business district on Atlantic Avenue. This 2,000 sq. ft. building pictured above had been home to Zaara Variety Store until the business was recently shuttered.

This a prime piece of real estate considering it's located on Lynbrook's 'Main Street' and includes ample access to parking.

There's already many great businesses on this block including restaurants, a Hallmark store, delis, a frozen yogurt place, pizzeria, running shop, liquor store, bakery and more, but what do you think is missing?
