Local Contractor Awarded Master Elite Status

Roofing giant gives a rare honor to Bryan Christopher Lanzello Remodeling, Inc.

It’s unlikely that Bryan Christopher Lanzello could have imagined his own success as he hammered away during his high school summers.

Lanzello, a Lynbrook resident and owner of Bryan Christopher Lanzello Remodeling, Inc., started working in construction during his teenage years. Now, just five years after launching his own business, Lanzello is recognized as one of the top contractors in the field.

The business was recently granted Master Elite status by North American roofing manufacturer, GAF. This honor is bestowed upon only three out of every 100 contractors, according to Lanzello.

To be awarded Master Elite status, a contractor must be “fully licensed, adequately insured, have a proven reputation, and committed to ongoing professional training,” according to the GAF website.

“We’re really excited about it,” Lanzello said. “It truly is an honor. It lets the homeowners know that our work is backed by GAF and all the building products are certified. We are using the best materials and customers can have peace of mind knowing what they are getting when they hire [us].”

Although GAF is a roofing company, Lanzello’s business is equipped to take on a variety of projects. They offer kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, siding, dormers, and extensions.

“We pride ourselves on the fact that no project is too big or too small,” Lanzello said. “For many of our customers, a new kitchen can really transform their living space. We enjoy the satisfaction that our homeowners experience when our work is complete.”

That commitment to customer satisfaction is a major tent pole in Lanzello’s business model.

“When a person decides to have work done on their home, there is a unique relationship that needs to be formed when hiring a contractor,” he said. “I want my customers to trust my knowledge and reputation. My customers are my neighbors and I take pride in the thorough completion of each job we begin. There is nothing more important than customer satisfaction.”

Resident , a recent customer of Lanzello, is proof that the company stands by its customer satisfaction pledge.

“I cannot say enough about the work he has done on my house,” O’Connell said. “He has a great crew who has taken away the hassle of (having) a project (done).”

To make sure customers feel the same way as O’Connell, Lanzello becomes personally involved in each phase of the project, getting to know his client before lifting a hammer and nail.

For those looking to start a home remodeling project, Lanzello suggests that a multitude of information be uncovered before putting money down.

“Start by doing research,” he said. “There are resources like the Better Business Bureau that give homeowners information about insurance, licensing, certifications, personal recommendations, and allows for reference checks before making that ultimate decision.”
