has been a part of Lynbrook village since 1950. It is owned by Jonathan Spolidora, with general manager Jerry Cozzi.

Cozzi was nice enough to spend time speaking with Patch about the newly renovated restaurant.

always carried the freshest homemade raviolis and pastas and served Lynbrook residents for so many years.  Whenever you need fresh ravioli or pastas, this spot is definitely a go-to.

They closed their doors temporarily and have now re-opened with not only a whole new face, but a huge menu and choices that are sure to please even your pickiest of eaters. They are open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They are also a great choice after a to stop in and have a bite to eat. There is now a catering hall to help with that special event you might be planning.

On Saturday nights they have live entertainment from 6 to 9:30 p.m.

The restaurant prides themselves on having a warm and friendly staff to help take care of whatever you need. They still only use the freshest ingredients - cheeses brought in from Italy and mouthwatering fresh mozzarella, which is made right in their kitchen.

They have a large menu from which to choose what you need. You can fax your order and pick-up your food to bring home on those nights when you don’t feel like cooking. They also offer fast and free delivery on orders over $10 and over. Whatever your needs are, Valencia has you covered.
