Rubie's Health Food & Vitamins Closing

The store will be closing as their owners retire; 50 percent off all items Thursday and Friday.

After keeping Lynbrook healthy for nearly 20 years, will be closing its doors on Friday, Oct. 14.

Owners Radhika Parikh and Kulin Parikh said they plan to retire and will miss the store, which has served the town since 1992.

"We saw the lack of health and vitamin stores, and we knew people cared about their health, so we said 'maybe people are health conscious in Lynbrook,'" said Radhika. "This is why we opened."
