Located on Sunrise Highway, across from the Lynbrook train station and within one mile of more than 30,000 people with an average household income of $102,398, Philips Plaza is a prime retail location.

Did we mention there's also a parking lot with 180 spaces including a garage?

Although most of the stores situated inside this strip mall are currently occupied, there are two properties that are vacant right now. One is the former T-Mobile store, a 1,268 sq. ft. space that is located near a Verizon, Starbucks, Subway, AT&T, and Entenmann's outlet. There's also a new restaurant opening soon on the corner.
