  1. Teachers Contracts: The West Hempstead School District announced Wednesday that a tentative settlement has been reached with the teachers union over their contracts, which expired over two years ago. Get the full story later today.
  2. Malverne SEPTA: Malverne educators, students and parents will meet at Howard T. Herber tonight. to discuss important education issues and events. The meeting will start at 7 p.m. in the school library.
  3. Rams Lax Tough Loss: It was a close game Tuesday morning as West Hempstead High School girls lacrosse took on Elmont, but the Lady Rams fell just short. Get the story and game photos this  afternoon.
