Feb. 16: Lynbrook Tri-M Induction Ceremony, Fitness Fundraiser

• Stay with us today for a recap of the Lynbrook budget work session meeting and the East Rockaway school board meeting from Wednesday night.

• The Lynbrook Tri-M chapter is  tonight at . Throughout the year, Tri-M members usher and assist teachers with stage crew duties at all of the district’s winter and spring concerts. The ceremony starts at 7:30 p.m. 

• L.E.A.R.N. (a local family fitness and nutrition studio), will be teaming up with Vulcan this Winter to get families out of the house and exercising together during the cold, snowy months. All proceeds of this will go to Vulcan Chemical and Hose Company #2.  The event starts at 6:30 p.m. at Vulcan Chemical and Hose Company, located at 216 Denton Ave.
