  2. MOMS See Malverne's Movie Star: Still haven't seen Blue Valentine in theaters yet? Not only is the film garnering the attention of Hollywood critics and earning award nominations for Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams, their co-star, lives in Malverne. Since the movie is now playing at the Malverne Cinema, the Mothers of Malverne are hosting a trip to the local theater tonight to see the film followed by dessert.   5. Pro-Life March: Some members of local churches in Malverne and West Hempstead, including and , will travel to the nation's capitol today for the annual Pro-Life March Pro-Life March. The buses depart at 6am for Washington D.C. and return later tonight. Participants will join in a rally against abortion around noon. For more information, click here.
