The following are five things you need to know today in Lynbrook and/or on Patch:
1 — Another hot one is forecast for the Lynbrook area. A high temperature of 89 degrees is expected, followed by a warm evening of 75 degrees.
2 — Reacting to a sluggish economy, the Lynbrook Chamber of Commerce is putting together a focus group to brainstorm ideas on how to increase business for its members. Patch will have the full story later today.
