Five things you need to know today in Lynbrook.
The following are five things you need to know today in Lynbrook and/or on Patch:
1 — Showers and thunderstorms are expected in the Lynbrook area today. A high temperature of 80 degrees. There is the possibility of heavy rain and strong winds at times.
2 — Patch will have another story from a topic discussed at Tuesday's Lynbrook Board of Education meeting. Look out for the article later this afternoon.
3 — If you're a regular reader of Lynbrook Patch, you've seen us post the weekly crime report. But now, each Friday we'll be reporting on crime happening in other areas around Lynbrook. The Lynbrook crime report will run on Mondays.
4 — Every Friday from 7-9:30 p.m., holds a Tween/Teen Skate for ages 10-14 only. Adults are only allowed into the building as chaperones. For more information, call Hot Skates at (516) 593-1300.
