  1. Food Drive: The annual food drive at Schwartz Family Chiropractic starts today and will run until Thursday. Help someone less fortunate by dropping off a non-perishable food item at Dr. Pennie's office. for more details. Tonight the office will also hold an open forum for parents to pose questions to renowned pediatrician Dr. Palevsky. Find out more .

Smiths Honored: On Saturday, members of the West Hempstead community came together at Halls Pond Park to remember a wonderful couple who dedicated their lives to volunteering and helping others in the neighborhood.
