Vintage View: Old-Fashioned Shots From Ocean Avenue

Travel down the "Ocean" that runs through Malverne and you'll be greeted by some local landmarks including a historic farm, a beautiful ballfield and an 1850s home restored and transformed into an interactive time capsule of the village's past.

Thanks to technology -  photography apps such as Hipstamatic and Instagram for iPhone - we recently gave these attractions along Ocean Avenue an old-fashioned look.
