Boot Camp/Interval Training w/Tara
A group training session where participants are led thru exercises at their own pace. All exercises are conducted using light weights, exercise balls, bands, and your own body weight (NO machines are used). From warm up, to workout, to cool down & stretch, the class is 45 minutes.
It's a unique workout you are sure to like. Pay as you go or purchase a discounted, pre-paid "Z Card." No pressure, no long term commitment, no contracts, just a GREAT workout!! No overcrowding in a secure facility.
