Open sessions are held at 7:30pm the third Thursday of each month in the Rectory Meeting Room at St. Thomas the Apostle (24 Westminster Rd., West Hempstead). The next gathering will be on October 18, when Dianna Slattery, occupational therapist, will speak about “Finding Strength and Inner Peace, through Meditation.”
