On Saturday, Nov. 2 at 7:00 p.m.,
the Lynbrook High School Symphony Orchestra will present the first ever LHS
Rock Orchestra Concert, featuring world-renowned electric violinist, Emmy-winning
composer and co-founder of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Mark Wood. The grand finale
of the evening will include all eighth grade string students from North and
South middle schools. Seating in the high school auditorium for this very
special evening is all general admission and tickets are selling fast, so
please call Ms. Alyssa Panitch at (516) 612-5477 to purchase tickets. Donations
for the evening are $8.00 per ticket in advance and $10.00 at the door. All
checks should be made payable to Lynbrook Public Schools.
