My name is King and I am a handsome, loving dude. I love just about everyone I meet! I like playing with people and simply love toys. I even know how to fetch, and will return the ball to your hand.

I am a little uncomfortable with some handling (butt) but will tolerate it and will readily share my food with people. Though I may get a little shy with some novelty, if given a little time, I will get more comfortable with it. Slow and patient exposure to objects that concern me and giving me treats will help me get more comfortable with them.

I am very playful with other dogs, am very respectful of them, and will enjoy their company immensely. I have lived with another dog in the past.

I don't know any basic commands, but I'm eager to learn for a taste of my favorite treats! I definitely need to learn to walk nicely on leash, not to leash-bite and not to be jumpy. And training will help us forge a relationship.

I tend to be very high energy and can be jumpy, with friend and stranger alike. For this reason, I would be best in a dog-experienced home (teens or older) with guardians who will provide structure and teach me impulse control and polite behavior.
