Integrated Medical Foundation and Senator Kemp Hannon will be holding a FREE Prostate Cancer Screening on Wednesday, January 25 from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hempstead Public Library located at 115 Nichols Court in Hempstead. Screenings will be performed in a private setting at the library by doctors from Melville-based Integrated Medical Foundation, Inc.
Reservations are necessary and can be made by calling Senator Hannon’s Community Office at (516) 739-1700.
Please remember to bring a photo ID and two stamped envelopes. ONE envelope should be addressed to yourself and ONE envelope should be addressed to your doctor.
