 Hilary H. Becker, CPM, President of Becker Real Estate Services, Inc. is offering a free seminar on how to grieve your assessment and other ways to lower your taxes.  All of the necessary forms will be available and completed during the seminar.

 In addition, Mr. Becker will also discuss the basic issues that confront many homeowners in our area such as how to maximize the value of your home, the differences between condos and co-ops, and the status of the current market.

The seminar will be held on Thursday, February 23rd at 2:00pm in the Meeting Room of the Office of Parish Social Ministry at Our Lady of Peace Parish.
