Lynbrook resident Tara Page, a member of the class of 2014 at Providence College, has been named to the 2014 edition of Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.
Page, who is majoring in Elementary/Special Education, is among 44 Providence College students named to the annual listing which recognizes outstanding campus leaders nationwide.
Students are selected based on their academic achievement and the list requires a grade point average of 3.85, in addition to community service, leadership in extracurricular activities and potential for continued success.

Page joins an elite group of students selected from more than 2,500 institutions of higher learning in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and several foreign nations. Outstanding students have been honored in the annual directory since it was first published in 1934.
