The West Hempstead Community Support Association (WHCSA) and Capital One Bank announce that they will be holding their annual Children’s Holiday Party on 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the West Hempstead Middle School Cafeteria.
The event includes children’s games, music, costumed characters, entertainment and more, plus a special appearance from Santa at 3:30 PM.
At 4:45 p.m., residents can join the association for the annual Holiday Lighting Ceremony at Hall's Pond Park on Nassau Boulevard.
"For the first time this year we will provide music, and light refreshments - apple cider, egg nog, and cookies for those attending the lighting," said
Andria Arena, WHCSA Member and Volunteer.
