Per Sempre Lodge Holds Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive
The food drive Saturday was a big success.
On Saturday, Nov.19, the #2344 of the Sons of Italy finished their annual Thanksgiving food drive for the needy by presenting donated food and supermarket gift cards to in Lynbrook.
The Per Sempre Lodge #2344 is an active organization in the community of Lynbrook, donating two full shopping carts of food this past Saturday. This allows Our Lady of Peace to refill their food pantry shelves to give needed families a full stomach this year around Thanksgiving.
"Our Lady of Peace was very grateful in this time of need as Ms. Pat Kronquist accepted the Lodge’s donations," said Per Sempre member, Robert Baccari.
