'RepairRestoreRenew' the South Shore of Long Island

RepairRestoreRenew the South Shore of Long Island ~ Personal Relief for Families Affected by Hurricane Sandy ~ e-mail us at repairrestorerenew@hotmail.com.

To help those suffering from the effects of Hurricane Sandy, a Facebook group called RepairRestoreRenew the South Shore of Long Island has been established to collect funds for direct financial assistance to local families.

We are Malverne residents who care about our neighbors, their families and their coworkers - and want to help!

We’ll accept cash, checks or gift cards for any amount you can spare: $5, 10, 20 or more…no amount is too small!

If you want to mail your donation in, the address is PO Box 410, Malverne, NY 11565-0410. Please make your check payable to: Tom Grech.

We also will accept Paypal if you want to contribute in a safe and secure way with a credit card (Paypal account not required). The credit card transaction will appear on your bill as "REPAIRRESTO".

Our desire is to have the people along the South Shore of Long Island (including Brooklyn and Queens) who were affected by Hurricane Sandy get some spending money fast.

As of 11/12/12, we have already personally delivered funds to 4 families in the area hit hard by this storm - while they await insurance, FEMA and banks/atm's to get power!

We are in the process of getting funds to what we hope could be at least 8 more families!

What matters most is getting funds to the people who need it - and getting it to them fast!

Questions, concerns, or to donate, email us at repairrestorerenew@hotmail.com
