Funeral entrusted to the Malverne Funeral Home (Anthony J. Walsh & Son) 330 Hempstead Ave. (112 mi So. S.S. Pkwy, Ext. 17 So.) Malverne. Visitation was held on Friday, Jan. 3.
Fash was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church of Valley Stream, The Treasurer of the Malverne Seniors Association and an Eagle Scout in the B.S.A.
