Quinn Linzer Passes Away

Stricken with a terminal illness as an infant, Quinn's parents wanted her to have the fullest life possible.

Quinn Linzer, the terminally ill Lynbrook baby whose family created a to-do list to help live out her time here, has died Friday night.

The family's blog, Linzer, Party of Five, reads "every time a bell rings, an angel gets her wings."

The baby girl was diagnosed at 3 months old with Niemann-Pick Disease Type A (NPA), an extremely rare genetic neurodegenerative disease that affects 1 in 250,000 children.

Quinn Madeleine Linzer was just shy of 15-months-old. She is survived by her parents, Eileen and father Brett and two brothers - among countless other family members, friends ands supporters who followed this brave family's journey.
