Long Island Home Prices continue to decline while Nashville is up 20% this year and at an all-time high.

According to Housingtracker.net prices of Long Island Homes are now at an eight year all-time low (Median  Asking Price $350,000) down 33% from their June 2006 values and continue to decline while Nashville prices rose 20% in the last year alone and now are at an all-time high and climbing every month.

 

Forbes Best Places for Business and Careers ranked Nashville, Tennessee number 5 of 200 largest metropolitan statistical areas in the U.S. beating out places like Seattle, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, New York (ranked 50), Long Island (ranked 66) and Los Angeles (ranked 134).
