Memorial Day is a week away and both Malverne and West Hempstead will be honoring its fallen vets with a ceremony and parade on May 30.
In West Hempstead, over 300 people are expected to either march or watch the which kicks off at 10 a.m. and concludes with a tribute to further pay tribute to the service men and women who lost their lives.
Then, in Malverne - where there had been some of this year's parade - the community will first hold a ceremony at the gazebo at 11 a.m. followed by its parade. However, turnout as been an issue in the past.
Therefore, in today's Question of the Day, Patch wants to know - Will you be marching or watching the Memorial Day parade in your town?
