Cops: RVC Man Bounces $110K Check

A Rockville Centre man faces grand larceny charges after he paid back $110,000 that he owed with a bad check, according to Nassau County Police.

Detectives said Marc Levine, 42, of Rockville Centre, entered into a written agreement with an unidentified 50-year-old man in November 2009. Levine borrowed a sum of money and agreed to pay it back a year later, cops said.

Levine reportedly made no attempt to pay back the money until June 2013 when he wrote a check worth $110,000, police reported. The check was made with insufficient funds, cops reported.
