Nassau County Police are searching for witnesses to an early morning Lakeview street robbery.
A 22-year-old man was walking south on Cleveland Street near Glenwood Road when he was approached by three unknown men, police said. The subjects turned the victim around and displayed a black handgun before stealing items from him, cops reported.
The trio fled north on Cleveland Street onto Sylvan Drive.

No injuries were reported.
The robbery happened at 12:15 a.m. Friday.

The first subject is described as a black male, 16-18 years old, average build, and between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 9 inches tall. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black and gray sweatpants.
There was no further description for the second subject.
The third subject was described as a black male, 16-18 years old, and was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt.
Detectives ask anyone who may have witnessed the robbery to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
