Arrests

• 10/30/11 - at 1:07am, Wayne A Grannum, 29, of Hempstead, was arrested and charged with DWI and operating the wrong way on a one way street on Broadway.

• 11/01/11 - at 10:46pm, Walter G Coronado, 43, of Inwood was arrested and charged with Circumvention of Interlock Device (a court ordered ignition interlock device), operating with restricted license and operating a motor vehicle while using a hand held cell phone on Sunrise Hwy.

• 11/02/11 - at 5:00pm, Frank Rodriguez, 49, of Rockaway Beach, was arrested and charged with for Leaving the Scene of an Incident (Accident) with personal injury on Merrick Road.

• 11/02/11 - at 8:38pm, Charles Clementz, 45, of Massapequa Park, was arrested and charged with Violation of Probation (warrant) on Sunrise Hwy. Mr. Clementz was also charged with Robbery and Criminal Contempt from an incident that occurred in Bethpage.

• 11/04/11- at 3:10am, Michael L. Dimiceli, 23 of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana on Charles Street.

Case Reports

• Aggravated Harassment –  At 12:46pm on 10/30/11, the complainant reports being harassed over their cell phone via text messages from an unknown person(s) while at their residence on Merrick Road. The Lynbrook Police Dept. detective unit is investigating.

• Aggravated Harassment – At 12:10am on 11/1/11, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s) placed a threatening note under the front door of her residence on Daley Place. The Lynbrook Police Dept detective unit is investigating.

• Petty Larceny – At 1:05pm on 11/02/11, the complainant reports a larceny that occurred on 09/17/11 at 3:45pm at Rite Aid located at 400 Sunrise Hwy. A F/W, late 20’s early 30’s, 5’ 4” tall, thin build, dark hair, medium complexion wearing white shirt, black leggings and a women’s front brim hat entered the store and 4 bottles of Nyquil, 4 bottles of Mucinex and 3 containers of Olay facial cream. The female left the store without paying for the products. The total value of the products is $191.94.
