Crime Report: DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation

A rundown of crimes and arrests reported by Nassau County Police.

The following information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate guilt.

West Hempstead

- Sometime between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. on September 16, an unknown suspect(s) punctured two tires of a complainant’s vehicle on Eagle Avenue.

- On September 22 at 4:10 a.m., Howard Forrest, 40, of the Bronx, was arrested at Hempstead Turnpike and Cherry Valley Avenue and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and three violations of the vehicle and traffic law.

Malverne

- On September 19 at 10:40 p.m., Elissa Stallkamp, 35, of Malverne, wass arrested on Poppy Avenue in Franklin Square and charged with driving while intoxicated and two violations of the vehicle and traffic law.
