Crime Report: Stalking, Possession of a Loaded Weapon Reported

The following information was supplied by the Lynbrook Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrests

  • On July 18 at 10:05 p.m., Anthony Musto, 18, of Hewlett Harbor, N.Y., was arrested and charged with Stalking in the fourth degree. Police say the incident occurred on Harrison Avenue in Lynbrook.
  • On July 18 at 10:08 p.m., Ryan Siems, 21, of Lynbrook, N.Y. was arrested on Harrison Avenue in Lynbrook and
  • charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
  • On July 18 at 10:09 p.m., Matthew Levin, 29, of Oceanside, N.Y., was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt of Court in the first degree. Police say the incident occurred on Washington Avenue in Lynbrook.
  • On July 19 at 9:50 p.m., Stevenson Mcgeary, 35, of Rosedale, N.Y., was arrested in the parking lot of The In Out Express on Broadway and charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
  • On July 21 at 6:10 a.m., Michael Gubing, 53, of Lynbrook, N.Y., was arrested on Driving Park Avenue in Lynbrook and charged with Possession of a Loaded Firearm in a Motor Vehicle.
  • On July 22 at 3:10 a.m., Clayon Richards, 21, of Inwood, N.Y., was arrested on Fowler Avenue in Lynbrook and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle. According to police, the defendant also had three open warrants for Violation of Probation.
  • On July 22 at 10:11 p.m., Yousef Sheikh, 49, of Woodmere, N.Y., was arrested at The Quality Convenience Store on Hempstead Avenue in Lynbrook and charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a child in the first degree for selling alcohol to a minor.
  • On July 24 at 6 p.m., Steven Weber, 69, of Freeport, N.Y., was arrested and charged with Assault in the third degree, which occurred on Bixley Heath in Lynbrook.
