Crime Report: Three Charged With Possession of Controlled Substance

The following information was supplied by the Lynbrook Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrests

  • On April 5 at 1:15 a.m., Miguel Santiago-Suarez, 61, of Brentwood, N.Y. was arrested on Merrick Road in Lynbrook and charged with DWI.
  • On April 6 at 12:10 p.m., Michael Gregory, 28, of Bay Shore, N.Y., was arrested on Central Ave in Lynbrook on an open bench warrant for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
  • On April 7 at 7:40 p.m., Vincent Virga, 55, of Levittown, N.Y., was arrested on Duryea Place in Lynbrook and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
  • On April 7 at 8 p.m., Linda Holmes, 47, of Lynbrook, N.Y., was arrested on Duryea Place in Lynbrook and charged with three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
  • On April 7 at 8 p.m., Bruce Feuer, 57, of Lynbrook, N.Y., was arrested on Duryea Place in Lynbrook and charged with five counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and three counts of Sale of a Controlled Substance.
  • On April 8 at 4:50 a.m., Laura Alesci, 22, of Lynbrook, N.Y., was arrested on Charles Street in Lynbrook and charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
  • On April 9 at 1:35 a.m., Daryll Meronnee, 34, of Floral Park, N.Y., was arrested on Freer Street in Lynbrook and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

  • On April 6 at 12:05 a.m., unknown persons reportedly knocked down a PVC fence in the rear yard of a Milton Street home, causing $200 in damage.
  • Between the hours of 6:15 p.m. on April 8 and 10 a.m. on April 9, cement planters — valued at $150 — were reported stolen from the front of a business on Atlantic Avenue in Lynbrook.
