what really amazes me is that we can get weekly crime reports from ynbrook and Nassau County and yet that PAtch wont push for anything from the Malverne PD. Isnt that the job of a reporter to uincover and solve these problems. How about filing a FOIL request at the Malverne PD for the information
Tara Conry (Editor) July 19, 2012 at 02:35 PM
Tanya... I have been pushing. You will see Malverne police reports on the site within the next few days. However, whether I get it from the police chief or through FOIL, it will only be monthly, not weekly, data.

Malverne Police blotter will be posted Friday morning.

What is the Malverne PD hiding? Does this mean they'll have to "work" ?
Ingrid Kassen July 19, 2012 at 09:38 PM
@todd hundley - I agree Malvenre PD is hiding something and the Patch has let them get away with it. This should have been unacceptable reported on prior.
