Thomas Shaw, 25, of Far Rockaway, while stopped for a traffic law infraction, was handcuffed and placed under arrest for DWI, according to police. Shaw then reportedly pushed away from the arresting officer, who fell to the ground as Shaw attempted to flee, cops said.
