The Malverne Volunteer Fire Department is holding a blood drive today from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Just like the NY Mets' 3-0 start, today's blood drive in Malverne is a win-win-win.
By donating blood you are giving a potentially life-saving gift that will help someone in need and it should also make you feel good too. On top of that, everyone who donates will receive two free tickets to an upcoming Mets game. (Yankee fans, I'm sure you know someone who will appreciate the gift of free tickets if they don't interest you.)
So stop by the , located at 30 Broadway, between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on April 9 to give the gift of life and pretty soon you'll be enjoying a day at the ballpark.
