Lynbrook Crime Report: Selling Alcohol to a Minor Arrests

A look at recent crime and arrests in the Lynbrook area.

The following information was supplied by the Lynbrook Police Department. A criminal charge is an accusation, and does not indicate a conviction.

Arrests

- On September 25 at 8:45am Mathew Moore 47, of Baldwin, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating with a suspended registration, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, on Sunrise Highway.

- On September 25 at 10:38am Tyrone Bowers 34, of Oceanside, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a revocation for alcohol related offense, operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device, and improper mobile phone use while driving on Sunrise Highway.

- On September 25 at 1:35pm Imran Ali, of Hempstead, NY was arrested and charged with unlawfully dealing with a minor for selling an alcoholic beverage to a minor which occurred at 353 Merrick Road.

- On September 26 at 10:00pm Ricardo Guzman 34, of Elmont, NY was arrested and charged with fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon (warrant arrest).

 - On September 27 at 6:55pm Miguel Romero 33, of Cedarhurst, NY was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and an equipment violation on Sunrise Highway.

- On September 30 at 2:20pm Katherine Diaz-Baez 19, of Baldwin, NY was arrested and charged with unlawfully dealing with a minor for selling an alcoholic beverage to a minor, which occurred at 254 Merrick Road.
