Lynbrook Crime Report: Underaged Drinking Party Arrest, Leaving Scene of Accident

Arrests
- On Jan. 7 at 9:50pm, Eric H. Behr, 53, of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with two counts aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation, unregistered motor vehicle, improper plates, no seat belt and uninsured motor vehicle on Peninsula Boulevard.
- On Jan. 8 at 11:35am, Carmine A. Rocioppi Jr., 50, of West Hempstead, was arrested and charged with an open warrant for Lynbrook Village Code violation Inspection of Premises on Cherry Lane.
- On Jan. 9 at 1:00am Surjeet Singh 40, of East Rockaway, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief and harassment on McKinley Ave.

- On Jan. 10 at 8:25am Lydia M. Bennett 41, of Jamaica, NY was arrested and charged with Leaving the Scene of an Incident (Auto Accident) on Atlantic Ave.
- On Jan. 10 at 10:30pm Josue Bonhomme, 34, of Flushing, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation on Rockaway Avenue.

- On Jan. 11 at 10:45pm, a 16-year-old Lynbrook youth was arrested and charged with two counts unlawfully dealing with a child on Hollywood Avenue. The defendant was having a house party in which two fifteen year old youths were found under the influence of alcohol.
- On Jan. 13 at 12:30am George Daskalakis IV 27, of Brooklyn, NY was arrested and charged with two counts aggravated unlicensed operation, circumvention of interlock device, and speeding on Sunrise Highway.
- On Jan. 13 at 10:33am, Sherwyn E. Walcott 34, of Brooklyn, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, uninspected motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, improper plates and equipment violation on Sunrise Highway.
